At Axel's Outpost, we want you to be fully confident in your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
